For the past couple of years, three families in our neighborhood have gotten together and developed a new style of Monopoly.  Played with the original board game and enhanced by the rules of "Beyond Monopoly", we have modified these two game into our own special version with our own special rules.

An example of our rules is that every game's movement and order of play starts out in the opposite direction of the normal board game's.  Then, every time someone goes to jail, the play and order of turns reverses direction.  Also, every property goes up for auction and sold to the highest bidder regardless of who lands on it.  Oh yeah, and there are 6 railroads - not 4 four in our game.  The two utilities were converted.

We also have added our own special "Chance" and "Community Chest" Cards to the normal ones.  But to make it real interesting, we also have "Go" cards for every time you land on Go!  These cards include the original artwork of course.
