A little about Kelly...

I'm an Electrical Engineer. I am a graduate of the University of Texas in Austin - College of Electrical Engineering. After graduation, I work for 10 years with Motorola DSP as a Product Engineering Manager bringing state of the art DSP devices to market.  In May of 2003, I became Motorola's Austin Product Analysis and Reliability Laboratories Manager.  In this role, my team works to determine different failure mechanisms of semiconductor devices.   In 2004, Motorola spun off the semiconductor business as Freescale Semiconductor.  Then, in early in 2005 I became the Director for Freescale's worldwide Quality Labs and NMG Quality. I did that until 2008 where I joined Freescale's R&D's arm (Technology Solutions Organization) where I lead teams of engineers to bring new package technology to the market.

I spent my freshman through junior year in high school at Wagner High School on Clark Air Force Base in the Philippines. For my high school senior year, I went to Mascoutah High School in Mascoutah, Illinois< FONT SIZE="3">.

After graduation in 1978, I went to work for 8 years as salesman/manager for the now defunct CMC Stereo. This is where I met Tina. One of my best friends, Larry Harmon, set up a blind date for me with my (now) wife Tina. The date of this date was in September of 1979. Tina and I were married by July of 1980 - when it's right, it's right.
